Hotel has clean rooms and is located in downtown Guadalajara, Room had aur conditioning nice hot water for showers and was budget friendly, enjoyed my stay!
Me encantó no hay cuacarachas, muy céntrico, enfrente esta el metro, personal amable, televisión, aire acondicionado, clóset, baño completo, toallas de baño, te reciven con botellas de agua, ay jabón muy bien todo yo volvereria
Ya empiezan a descuidar el tema de las toallas, ya están muy desgastadas. El hotel está limpio, está reciente, si lo recomiendo.
Clean, spartan, great location, great service. The Alcazar is one of the many no-frills hotels scattered around the perimeter of Guadalajara Centro. But while there are a few which are much closer to the city's plaza, the Alcazar has one massive advantage over the others: Covered onsite parking. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and housekeeping standards are high. Staff are super-friendly and helpful, with many of them speaking English. This is the place I'll be staying at when I'm in Guadalajara, from now on.

El hotel está ubicado bastante céntrico, tiene estacionamiento, las habitaciones muy bien, el baño limpio y buen acceso con elevador.
Estuvo muy bien muy amable todos, todo muy lindo y limpio, súper sentrico te puedes hasta ir caminando, enfrente está la estación de metro .
Todo muy bien en cuanto al precio ubicación y lo que recibes, el personal es amable, nos dejaron entrar un poco antes a la habitación. Lo único malo fue que pese a pagar antes y estar esperando primero se brincaron a mis compañeros de la escuela en la entrega de habitaciones por cobrarles a los siguientes y no se respeto el turno, sin embargo es importante considerar que nos dejaron entrar antes y la espera no fue tanta tampoco fueron menos de 10 minutos adicionales, solo fue realmente el disgusto de llegar antes y te salten. Por todo lo demás me pareció recomendable

Very good Service. Only „problem“ is the language barrier. But you will manage to communicate all yours need. If you are to early for checking, you can still leave your luggage at the hotel and explore the surroundings. Very friendly staff, nice bathroom, comfy beds, TV.. etc.. Everything you could expect and more for this pricepoint. Recommended for every tourist wanting to stay short term in GDL!
